Dalton Recruitment has a very exciting opportunity available with national client for a Communications Executive to support the delivery of clear, consistent and engaging communications across their internal and external audiences.This is a hands-on role where you''ll play an important part in creating compelling content, coordinating varied communication activities and helping to strengthen their reputation and employee engagement across the business. Working closely with both external communications and employee engagement teams, you''ll help ensure strong alignment between what the organisation communicates externally and what employees experience internally.You would be joining the organisation during a period of very exciting positive growth and change and this role will be incredibly important to the internal and external messaging around that change.You will need to be based out of their Woking offices ideally 4 days/week and work from home for one (but with a little bit of flexibility around it as required and in line with business needs). What you''ll be doing:External CommunicationsResearching, drafting and editing content for press releases, announcements, website updates and social media (particularly LinkedIn) Supporting the delivery of proactive communications that enhance organisational reputation Helping maintain a forward-looking content pipeline aligned to business priorities Coordinating with external PR agencies to ensure consistent and effective messaging
