An opportunity has become available for a Mobile Engineer who will be a key member of the Engineering unit at Reward Gateway. You will work in a team with QAs, Designers, and Backend developers to build an app that RG provides to its clients. Your team will stay organised using the Scrum methodology and deliver short-term incremental updates to the project at hand.What you\''ll be doing:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React NativeCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Backend Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements in our mobile applications using Typescript and React NativeContinuously improve the user experience of our mobile applicationsWork in a team environment with shared code, ensuring disciplined use of source code control and process documentationIdentify, analyse, and resolve performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the mobile application codebaseWrite and maintain comprehensive unit tests and documentation for the projectStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to mobile developmentWhat we need:

2 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer with proven experience using React NativeGood programming skills in JavaScript, preferably with TypeScript and GraphQL experienceIn-depth knowledge of the React and React Native frameworksA good understanding of the Android and iOS platformsExperience with frontend testing frameworksFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolingUnderstanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and principlesProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a teamThe Interview Process:

A video interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner and Engineering Lead. This should last no longer than 40 minutes.Final video interview of 90 minutes that will consist of 3 stages. This includes:

50 minutes to discuss your experience and technical abilities25 minutes to review and discuss a coding exercise15 minutes to ask questions you may have
