The role is primarily remote, acting as an advisor to the Board of Directors and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices.Main Duties of the Head of Corporate Governance:

Ensure effective information flow to the Board of Directors and its committees, as well as between senior management and non-executive directors.Support and review governance arrangements regularly to ensure they are current.Facilitate the evaluation of the Board''s effectiveness and performance.Prepare and submit agendas, reports, minutes, and supporting documents in line with best governance practices.Assist the Risk Manager in promoting and implementing risk management policies.Support risk reporting, training, and the development of risk management tools and guidance.Role Requirements:
