The role is hands-on and collaborative, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with both finance and IT teams to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with finance, accounting, and systems teams to enhance IFS ERP functionalityAnalyse, document, and improve financial business processes, especially across AP, AR, GL and project accountingConfigure and troubleshoot posting controls and financial system behavioursSupport new implementations, upgrades, and patch testing in the IFS environmentConduct functional testing and troubleshoot system issues as part of wider change initiativesProvide day-to-day support and training to business users across finance-related modulesAssist in creating and maintaining system documentation, process flows, and user guidesWork on automation and report development in line with user requirementsEngage with internal stakeholders
