Property Manager / Portfolio Manager (Residential) Location: North London Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (negotiable and DOE) + KPI''s plus Co Car Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 5:30pm We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a large residential portfolio on behalf of a small number of key clients, including a local authority. The portfolio consists mainly of older residential properties that require ongoing cosmetic works and updated compliance. This role suits someone practical, organised, and confident managing day-to-day issues while keeping costs under control. You will be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring rent collection, compliance, and maintenance are managed efficiently.
