You''ll be stripping out and converting an existing pub into a high-spec day nursery. This isn''t a "paint and carpet" job-it''s a full 36-week structural transformation. You will be the lead man on the ground, running the site daily and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. What''s Required?You must have a track record as the No. 1 on-site for refurb/cut and carve projects.Comfortable managing structural alterations and the transition from a hospitality layout to a childcare environment.SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold).We need someone to see this through from the first hammer swing to the final handover.The PackageA guaranteed 9-month run through to late 2026.You run the site; the CM supports you; they don''t babysit you.Top-end rates for the right experience ( 280- 300pd).
