This is an Outside IR35 contract.Key Responsibilities:Site and Team Management: Oversee direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality work.Programme and Production: Manage section programmes, monitor progress, and optimize resources.Technical and Quality: Review designs, produce LTQRs, and resolve site technical queries.Commercial and Contractual: Track early warnings, NCRs, RFIs, and advise on liabilities.Temporary Works: Manage designs, inspections, and permits for temporary works.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with clients, designers, and subcontractors.Requirements:Civil Engineering Degree (or equivalent).Proven Sub Agent/Senior Engineer experience on major highways/infrastructure projects.Strong experience with earthworks and drainage.Solid understanding of temporary works management and NEC contracts.Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid highly desirable.
