This newly created position will play a key role in leading all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and proactive professional who enjoys a hands-on environment, can work independently, and is eager to take ownership of the role and drive it forward. To be considered for this role you must have a NEBOSH qualification and 3-5 years experience within a HandS or SHEQ. Main Responsibilities: Monitor workplace health and safety risks, advising staff on how to minimise or eliminate hazards Ensure timely and accurate completion of all HandS documentation in line with current legislation Maintain full legal compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations Provide HandS guidance and support during new build developments and as the business continues to expand Adhere to all Health and Safety directives issued by Senior Management Review and recommend improvements to administrative processes in collaboration with relevant managers Respond promptly to customer requests and escalate any issues or delays to management as required Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and support ongoing environmental initiatives Take ownership of personal development by acti
