We will continue providing crucial, flexible grants but also use our expertise to understand and address the systemic issues that lead to poverty for the young people we support. Our strategy positions us, not just as a grant-maker, but as a changemaker, committed to ensuring that no child''s future is determined by poverty and crisis. The Chair of Trustees is a vital role, inspiring and leading our Trustees and staff team, and ensuring we stay focused on our mission.
