As a Data Engineer, you''ll play a key role in driving strategic data initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and delivering insights that support critical decision making. Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Power BI dashboards and data solutions within Azure CloudCollaborate closely with data stakeholders and technical teams to bring BI products to lifeTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions, using Agile methodologiesBuild and maintain scalable data models and robust data architectureLeverage the data warehouse to support self-service analytics and informed decision-makingEnsure strong data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)Mentor junior BI developers and contribute to a culture of data excellenceContinuously seek opportunities to improve data reliability, automation, and reusabilityExperience and Skills Required

Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL is essentialProven experience with Power BI and a keen eye for effective, user-friendly data visualisationStrong background in data warehouse design (preferably Kimball methodology; fact/dimension tables)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSenior Stakeholder management experienceExperience working in Agile environments; exposure to DevOps is a plusExcellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindsetDegree or equivalent professional experienceRight to work in the UK is essential
