Experience is not a necessity since full training will be provided, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Coordinating and carrying out property viewings Learning how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties Learning how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets Canvassing activities to generate new business Full training provided.
