The Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the Commercial Team, working closely with Contracts Managers and project teams to manage project costs, procurement, and commercial performance across a range of refurbishment and minor works projects. The role will be primarily office-based in Glasgow, with visits to project sites as required. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from initial pricing through to final account agreement.
