MS682 - Demi Chef de Partie

Location: Broadway, Worcestershire 

Salary: £35,692 per annum plus share of service charge

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury estate hotel. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
• Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.
• Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.
• Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce in a quality-led kitchen.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
• A reliable, positive and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
