This junior role is the engine room of the function, coordinating interviews, maintaining immaculate records, handling the initial intake of cases (including speak out reports), and providing data and document support so investigators can focus on the complex work. You ll gain exposure to live casework, clear processes, and a supportive culture that values integrity, learning and progression.Essential Requirements Proven administrative experience in a busy, confidential environment. First-class organisation, prioritisation and time management. Meticulous attention to detail across documentation, record-keeping and version control. Strong written and verbal communication; calm, professional manner. Confident user of MS Office/365, spreadsheets and document management systems. Able to coordinate interviews, prepare packs, capture notes and manage evidential files. Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
