Our client, a reputable National Contractor, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their team in Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in a design capacity within the construction industry. Responsibilities include: Assist in the creation of standard drawings which can then be used as templates and updated as practices change Attend sales meetings to assist and answer technical questions Design and prepare detailed (CAD) general arrangement drawings including plans, elevations and section drawings Provide technical guidance and direction to the rest of the design department Requirements: Previous experience in the construction industry as a Draughtsperson, CAD Technician or Architectural Technician Experience in designing canopies, structural frames, cladding or roofing Interior design, product design or interior fit out experience may be considered Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office and Access To be able to use Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Showcase Awareness of CDM and other mandatory regulations This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career within a dynamic environment.
