Paid Media Executive (hybrid - 3 Days per week, Central London) We are partnered with a founder led Marketing agency based in Central London who are expanding their Paid Media team, paid is at the core of their work. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with 2-5 years experience and looking for their next step in paid media, offering structured career progression. You will be someone who knows their way around Google Ads as this is essential, and ideally has some LinkedIn Ads experience too which would be a bonus. This role is all about driving results for B2B clients and making campaigns perform at their best. You will be based in their central London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home on the other days. Your role will involve: Managing and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Researching keywords and audiences, setting up smart campaign structures, and writing ad copy that gets clicks. Keeping a close eye on performance and making data driven tweaks to hit targets. Reporting on results, spotting trends, and sharing ideas for what is coming next. Working with the wider team to make sure paid media fits into the bigger marketing picture. What we need you to have: Hands on Google Ads experience (essential). Some knowledge of LinkedIn Ads would be a bonus but not a must. Previous experience working in an agency environment would be ideal. A head for numbers, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn data into actions
