Commercial Property ParalegalCoventry / Hybrid Salary up to circa £28,000 per annum depending on experience and qualificationsWe are working with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to support their busy Commercial Property team at their modern offices in Coventry.The role involves:Providing a high standard of support to the lawyers in the Commercial Property department Liaising with clients and third party professionalsTaking new client instructionsUsing a legal case management systemDrafting/typing of correspondence and legal documents e.g. leases, transfers, deeds and agreementsDealing with the progression of filesReviewing title and searches and raising enquiresPreparing and submitting SDLT formsPreparing and submitting applications to the Land RegistryLiaising with existing and potential clients, and business contacts in a professional mannerDealing with filing, storage and retrieval of client''s files, title deeds and other documents Suitable candidates will have:Previous experience of supporting a Commercial Property department within a law firm as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or a Legal SecretaryAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressure, prioritise and manage time effectivelyExcellent organisational skillsPrevious experience of using a case management systemThis is a full time, permanent job.
