We have an existing vacancy for a part time Transport Administrator in Immingham.The role will include - Processing payroll by cross checking tachograph recordsStock control and ordering PPE and office stationaryRaising PO numbers for invoicesFiling defect notes, pre-start checklists and other paperworkAssisting with driver queries Candidate requirements - will need to have a good telephone mannerexperience completing general admin dutiescomputer literate with a good attention to detailGood communicator who will enjoy speaking to the driversIdeally some experience in a transport related role The hours of work will be 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 12pm - 4pm or 1pm - 5pm.
