You''ll also contribute to wider HR projects, policy development, and compliance efforts in areas like safeguarding and regulatory requirements.What you''ll bring: -CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) -Strong working knowledge of UK employment law -Confidence in coaching managers and handling complex ER cases -A proactive and professional approach, with a focus on building positive working relationshipsThis is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), requiring one day a week in their Gloucester office, with occasional UK travel.Please note: Applicants must be based in the UK with full right to work.
