We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to serve our nationwide logistics customers in a safe and timely manner. Role Requirements: - Full valid UK C+E driving license ( Class 1 ) Hold a full Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DQC) Digital Tacho Knowledge Less than 6 penalty points on your license -No DR/IN Codes. Minimum 3 MONTHS experience preferred To work Monday-Friday. HGV Class 1 Tramper Responsibilities: - Transport goods to our customers. Carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks Meet delivery schedules and timings Comply with LGV Driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company Safe systems of work and policies and procedures Manoeuvre LGV Vehicles into loading or unloading positions Report defects, accidents or violations in a timely manner. Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a friendly supportive environment Professional personal standard of presentation. A good knowledge of current transport legislation.
