The role leads Apex development, configuration, and CI/CD processes, while ensuring platform stability, assessing release impacts, resolving BAU issues, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. Build and configure functionality across Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
