This is a full-time, long-term role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, ideal for someone with hands-on technical skills and a commitment to supporting teaching and learning in the DT environment.About the Role:As a DT Technician, you will:Prepare, set up, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment for practical lessons across all areas of DT (e.g. resistant materials, electronics, graphics, and product design).Support teaching staff during lessons, including demonstrating techniques and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.Maintain and manage tools, machinery, and stock levels, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.Assist with the design and creation of teaching resources and displays.Ensure all equipment is serviced and meets relevant safety standards and regulations.Support students during practical work, offering guidance where appropriate under the direction of the teacher.What We''re Looking
