My client is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/ Fabricator to joint their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for using power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate metal components. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and welding experience to showcase their skills and contribute to our manufacturing process. Based in Halesfield, in Telford. Working hours Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 and Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 Pay upto 14.30ph Responsibilities of a Mig Welder/ Fabricator: Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as necessary Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control Use hand tools and power tools to cut, grind, and shape metal Assist in the fabrication of sheet metal part Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements of a Mig Welder/ Fabricator: Ability to tig weld but not required (desirable) Working on site if required (hours will be slightly different) Mig weld 3mm to 40mm mild steel.
