The post holder is responsible for ensuring maximum reliability and up time with scheduled maintenance managed in a proactive manner.Key Accountabilities for an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:Monitor and supply mechanical and electrical support to machine operators for machine set-up and changeovers to ensure that products conform to quality assurance standards, whilst ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible.Liaise with line manager to ensure that all production and maintenance requirements are undertaken.Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency of the production process.Fault finding diagnosis and repair.Complete all work instructions in an efficient manner.Specific responsibility for electrical and electronic repairs to primary manufacturing machinery.Maintenance and general housekeeping of the equipment, including mechanical machine repair as in when required and upkeep of the building and its faciliti
