You will be highly visible across the school, intervening immediately to resolve issues, providing expert advice to staff, and working closely with the most vulnerable students. Core Responsibilities:Lead Intervention and Mentoring: Manage a complex caseload of students aged 11-16 who have high-level behavioural needs, poor attendance, or significant SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges.Behaviour Strategy: Implement and champion the school''s Behaviour Policy, promoting a culture of high expectations, respect, and restorative practice.In-Class and On-Call Support: Provide expert, immediate support to staff for de-escalation and managing challenging behaviour within the classroom, modelling best practice
