Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Health and Safety Manager to work in their leading facility in Telford.For the successful Health and Safety Manager our client is offering: Competitive annual salary of up to £45,000 Depending on experienceWorking Days, 37.5 hours per weekPermanent opportunity within a well respected ManufacturerFree on site Parking25 days holiday + bank holidays The role - Health and Safety Manager: Developing the HSE strategy for the groupProvide guidance on Health and Safety legislationLiaising with other HandS representatives across different sitesThis role will involve occasional travel to the companies other 2 sites - Typically a couple of times a monthPlan, assist and participate in Internal Inspections, including Safety and Environmental audits, then advising on remedial actions required Ensure that all personnel are fully aware of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.Review policies and proceduresMaking recommendations and generating action plans to ensure compliance across the Company.Identify any training requirements required for employees in relation to health, safety and environmental compliance.Managing HandS projects and providing updates to Senior ManagementCompiling and updating COSHH data across sitesReviewing safe systems of work and risk assessmentsOverseeing investigations into workplace accidents and ensuring correct actions are taken What our client
