Mellors Care are looking for a Registered Manager for a Children''s Home in Nottingham. This is a brand-new service, providing support for 2 young people with EBD. The role will involve leading the service and ensuring staff and clients are supported. Other responsibilities will include: Working closely with Ofsted and Local Authority Managing the day-to-day runnig of the home Ensuring safe staffing through recruitment and staff rostering Ensuring compliance with regulations Implementing Safeguarding and child protection proceedures The home is part of a national group that have services throughout the UK.
