What You Will Do:- Lead your team during breakdowns, using your expertise and problem-solving skills to minimise downtime.- Carry out planned maintenance activities efficiently and take corrective actions to ensure machinery runs at optimal levels.- Respond quickly to breakdowns across multiple areas of the factory, identifying root causes and suggesting improvements.- Communicate effectively with the Engineering Shift Manager and operations team to reduce plant disruptions.- Promote good engineering practices while maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the factory.- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety guidelines, taking proactive steps to improve safety measures.
