Payroll and Accounts Manager
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week The position is on-site but offers flexibility for full or part-time hours, including school hours. This is a newly created, hands-on role supporting the Finance Director in managing day-to-day financial operations. You''ll take ownership of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and administrationManaging accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and billingCompleting bank reconciliations, expenses and petty cashMaintaining accurate ledgers and general bookkeeping recordsSupporting VAT returns and financial complianceProducing aged debtor and creditor reports and resolving discrepanciesSupporting system implementation and process improvement as the organisation expandsIdeal CandidateWe''re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Payroll and Accounts Manager who enjoys working within a small, fast-paced environment.
