In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software applications. Key Responsibilities:Lead the configurement, scripting, and reporting of software solutions that meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Requirements:Experience in software development, with a strong focus on PCM, swift and JavaProven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Solid understanding of payment management and payment messaging.Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
