This is a full time, permanent contract and fully site based within a busy manufacturing site.What you will doAllocate cash transactionsReconcile bank accountsKeep supplier and customer data aligned across various systemsProcess pro-forma and automated payment runsManage credit control for customersUpload invoicesMaintain company credit cardsRe-charge intercompany sundriesRun prepaymentWork with teams across the business to resolve customer and supplier queriesProvide general support to the wider Finance team when neededWhat you bringPrevious experience in a similar Accounts/Finance Assistant roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood IT skills, especially Word and Excel and financial systemsClear written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage your own workload and work without supervisionStrong organisation skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
