This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive school community.The RoleIn this Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role you will provide PPA cover and lead targeted intervention sessions across the school. You will work with all age groups from Nursery to year 6. You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and help raise attainment across a range of subjects. Key Responsibilities:Deliver planned lessons to whole classes during teachers'' PPA time.Lead small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to support pupil progress.Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure continuity and consistency in learning.Contribute to planning, assessment, and classroom management as needed.Support pupils'' social and emotional development in line with the school''s values.Provide class cover when teaching staff are sick/absent.About YouQualified HLTA with a minimum of one year''s experience.Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.Confident in leading whole classes and delivering engaging lessons.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Flexible, positive, and committed to supporting ..... full job details .....
