Senior Analyst - Commodities Middle Office

Own query remediation, trade lifecycle management, and daily processing to minimize risk, with timely escalation.Drive continuous improvement and innovation; collaborate with Technology for transformation; work with Financial Markets teams to enhance booking models and efficiency.Serve as the primary contact for Sales and Trading Desks, representing Operations functions:Support FM from post-execution processing and queries;Build a strong team profile with the Front Office;Engage stakeholders and facilitate two-way communication as a ''Trusted Advisor''.Enable new business initiatives and deliver strategic FM solutions.Seek opportunities for global process standardization and work closely with GBS hubs and regional teams to close gaps.Communicate with clients to resolve transaction issues and understand their long-term operational needs.Develop strong relationships with Hub teams (Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives Ops) for efficient communication and issue resolution; provide training to close knowledge gaps.Ensure regulatory compliance and future-proof the Middle Office by understanding current and upcoming regulations.Support all commodities products, including physical trades, within the Middle Office.Skills and Experience

Experience with derivatives and commodities.Knowledge of derivative products, options, ETD, OTC trade lifecycle, especially for commodities and physical movements.Proven ability to drive process improvements.Client engagement skills for resolving transaction issues.Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building across teams.Experience working in global teams and improving regional process consistency.Ability to monitor KPIs and SLAs to meet operational targets.
