Housing Complaints Assistant

BDS are currently working with a not for profit organisation to recruit a Housing Complaints Assistant, to provide administration support within their central housing complaints service, based in Hammersmith.
The central housing complaints service is to ensure residents are listened to and any issues are addressed and dealt with in a timely manner.-
Your role within the complaints service is to support the work within the complaints service to ensure an effective complaint management process.-
Your duties will include;
- Provide administration support to the central housing complaints team.
- Keep information, filing and databases up to date.
- Provide any admin support to the wider customer service team as required on an adhoc basis.-
- Organise internal and external meetings and events as required including drafting agendas, booking rooms, dealing with invitations and responses.
- Liaise with other departments or external stakeholders as necessary to gather information or coordinate responses to housing complaints.
Hybrid working options available - this will be discussed and confirmed with the successful candidate. (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or customer service within an administration or customer service role.
Hours - 35 hours per week.
Payrate - -17.07 per hour PAYE / -22.27 per hour UMB
Temp ongoing role initially to start asap.-
