Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Ellesmere, Shropshire Salary: c 60,000 DOE plus KPI Bonus Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm (flexibility required to meet business needs) Role Definition As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in the Engineering Department. Reporting to the Retail Engineering Manager, contributing to the management of all engineering-related activities at the Ellesmere site, ensuring the effective, efficient, and cost-effective management of the department, delivering high levels of asset performance through planned maintenance, servicing, and audit activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities Plan and deliver Scheduled PPM work to onsite engineering team and external OEM contractors. Liaise and communicate with colleagues and departments, attending meetings as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and safety/Food safety legislation Chair, develop, and lead inter-departmental steering meetings. Support the development and implementation of site projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by your line manager.
