Content and Merchandising Manager
Content and Merchandising Manager, Online Travel, 48-60k + bonus, Fully Remote. A newly created opportunity to join this global business that offer unique city tours, access to attractions and experiences across major cities. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for how the tours are presented (media assets, narrative and content), and how they performance commercially through their Online Travel Agency (OTA''s) distribution partners. This is a hands on and analytical role focussed on ranking, conversion and revenue impact at a product level. Content and Merchandising Manager Responsibilities Ensure products outperform similar listings of competitors by optimising content, pricing presentation, options and overall shelf performance. OTA Merchandising and listing optimisation. Continuously analyse and benchmark against competitors, identifying opportunities for commercial advantage. Monitor performance metrics such as ranking, conversion rates, cancellation rates and impact of availability and use this data to define actions of how to improve underperforming listings. Lead on the launch of new products via the OTA channels. Work cross functionally with internal teams such as sales, product and revenue management as well as external distribution partners.
