Your new roleReporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Manager will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of civil engineering schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong track record in managing maintenance, improvement, and major infrastructure projects-ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Duties:Lead the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring delivery of the programme and budget.Qs), and documentation in line with NEC4 contract requirements.Ensure compliance with NEC4 change control procedures, including early warnings and compensation events.Ensure full compliance with Chapter 8 and CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations.Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan and ensure alignment with design specifications and current standards.Monitor and maintain high-quality workmanship across all site activities.HNC (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering- NRSWA Supervisor-12D Traffic Management- NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate- SMSTS- Driving licence (clean)- Temporary works experience
