Our client, a market leader in the fire, thermal and acoustic insulation manufacturing sector, is looking to recruit Internal Sales Executives to join their growing team in Crawley. What Will You Be Doing? As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the company s valued customers, offering expert advice and managing their expectations with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Handling product and pricing enquiries from installers and customers Processing orders onto the internal system Maintaining accurate sales records using Salesforce CRM Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders Working closely with the external sales team to ensure excellent service delivery Advising customers on product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules What Are We Looking For?
