The Role Our client, a friendly and well-established lettings agency based in Burgess Hill town centre, is looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager to join their supportive team. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Lettings Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the lettings department.Managing a portfolio of residential rental propertiesOrganising repairs and maintenance with approved contractorsActing as a key point of contact for tenants and landlordsCarrying out regular property inspectionsEnsuring all compliance and paperwork is up to dateLiaising effectively with contractors and internal teamsLogging and resolving maintenance issues promptlyManaging check-ins, check-outs, and tenancy renewals Requirements Some prior experience in lettings or property management is highly desirable.
