:As Head Chef,

youll

be in charge of

the day-to-day running of the

kitchen .Creating seasonal

menus with a focus on fresh, local produce

Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team

Managing stock, ordering, food costs, and keeping an eye on the budget

Ensuring

high standards

of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

Working closely with the owners to bring your ideas to life

What

Were

Looking For:Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up

A real passion for quality, seasonal

food

and modern British/European cooking

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Food hygiene and safety knowledge

A calm, positive presence in the kitchen
