Are you a dedicated and resilient professional with a Level 3 in Residential Childcare? Our client has a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Children''s Team Leader to join our small, 3-bed residential home.

This role is for someone with specific experience and a compassionate heart, ready to provide a safe and stable environment for children who have experienced complex trauma. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their healing journey and helping them build a brighter future.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 3 in Residential Childcare-(essential).
• Significant experience-working with children facing mental health challenges.
• The ability to remain calm and empathetic in difficult situations.
• A strong commitment to therapeutic and child-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small, supportive team.
