Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to take technical ownership of complex offshore engineering projects. About the Role: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing and assessing the lifecycle performance of critical offshore product systems. You will collaborate closely with various disciplines including Structural, Project Management, RandD, and Process teams to ensure engineering solutions meet internal standards, international regulations, and client requirements. Key responsibilities include: Provide technical authority-level support throughout the full project lifecycle, from strategy development to close-out. Support project kick-offs by guiding technical strategy and identifying and mitigating risks. Lead the resolution of technical non-conformances and project-specific concessions. Ensure the quality, consistency, and approval of engineering assessments and cross-sectional designs. Manage and coordinate improvements across the team, including implementation of advanced engineering tools, templates, and best practices. Mentor engineers at all levels and contribute to professional development across the team. Support the integration of new technologies and promote continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with department leads. Facilitate smooth transition
