Also, there are no unrealistic installation targets or deadlines to work to and bonuses are based on customer service returns rather than pure numbers of installations. This role is to cove the M5 corridor. Therefore, if you are a current Window and Door Installer that wants to work for a fast-growing, successful Home Improvement Company where quality, safety and service is genuinely promoted we would like to hear from you. Candidate skills and experience: Previous experience of installing Home Improvement Products. Previous experience of installing Roller Garage Doors would be particularly advantageous but full training is provided. Ability to use hand-tools and follow company safety and installation processes. Have excellent customer facing skills. Have a full UK Driving Licence Be able to complete on-site documentation Must be reliable and conscientious. Training and on-going support provided. Company Vehicle and Fuel card will be provided.
