We are recruiting for a Associate Director Strategic Estates Advisor for a leading specialist consultancy that transforms environments for clients in health and life sciences. This role will develop a strategic advisory service offering strategic planning and consultancy services focusing on estates strategies and development control plans, development of client teams, optimise estates portfolio through efficient asset management and ensure strategies align with long term plans. As part of your role you will development a team, engage with customers to secure future clients, lead and deliver business cases, be responsible for your own profit and loss, write proposals and support with tenders and ensure best practice and robust processes in your team. The ideal candidate will have the following, skills and experience: A chartership level qualification in the built environment, i.e. architecture, engineering, FM, or Property Estates planning and strategy experience Life Sciences sector experience Excellent customer, stakeholder and leadership skills Strong commercial understanding This role can be based from the London, Oxford or Cambridge office working on a flexible hybrid basis.
