We are working with a well-established not-for-profit organisation in Bristol that is committed to making a real difference within the community. This is a hands-on role supporting vulnerable individuals in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The position will start on a temporary basis, with a permanent opportunity available for the right candidate.

• Support individuals to achieve long-term goals using a person-centred approach
• Help clients overcome barriers related to homelessness and progress towards independent living
• Provide tailored support to help maintain recovery from homelessness
• Work a 9-week rota covering early and late shifts, including three weekends per cycle
• Maintain accurate records and client documentation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
• Manage priorities effectively in a busy environment

• Understanding of the needs of homeless and vulnerable individuals
• Experience working in a psychologically informed way
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to take initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
• Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
