Payroll Manager

Hales Group is recruiting a Payroll Manager on behalf of a well-established client based in Lowestoft. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and long-standing business with deep roots in the local community. Duties will include: Handle payroll processing on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis for a wide range of clients. Oversee statutory pay calculations, including sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, and pension deductions Ensure all payroll activities meet HMRC standards, including timely RTI filings and completion of year-end obligations Communicate directly with clients to resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally Assist with pension auto-enrolment duties and keep pension scheme information current and compliant Work alongside other departments to ensure payroll integrates seamlessly with overall financial operations Help with broader finance tasks such as reconciling bank statements and processing invoices To be considered for this Payroll Manager role, you must; Experience in processing large volume payroll Ideal candidate will have experience working within practice Strong communication skills and time management ability Payroll Manager Full-Time (Flexibility to negotiate 4 days)Up to £30,000 per annum Lowestoft If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please contact Isobelle at our Lowestoft branch on (phone number removed) or apply with your CV Why work through Hales Group?
