Operations Manager

South East | Full-time, Permanent | £50-60k DOE

A well established and growing UK business is seeking an Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency across its operational network. This is a key role for someone ready to make a real impact.

The Role

• Lead performance reviews with internal teams and logistics partners
• Implement scorecards across safety, cost, quality, service, and people
• Deliver lean process improvements and budget efficiencies
• Optimise planning cycles and manage peak activity
• Use data to identify issues and implement solutions
• Build strong relationships across all levels

• Proven experience in operations management (3PL experience a bonus)
• Skilled in lean/continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Organised, resilient, and results-driven
• Familiar with warehouse or operations management systems
