The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Efficiently manage and process guest in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of in-room dining orders.Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel''s room service menu, including food and beverage options, and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms, maintaining the hotel''s luxury image.Provide support during peak hours, adapting to the dynamic nature of in-room dining demands in a luxury hotel environment.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of in-room dining service.Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service procedures, and hotel standards.Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues in various departments to enhance overall guest experiences.About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel, showcasing a strong understanding of high-end service standards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking and processing orders with attention to detail.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail in delivering in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy in presentation and adherence to guest preferences and dietary requirements.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the varied needs of in-room dining guests.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to a positive and seamless guest experience within a luxury hotel setting.About the Benefits:About the Benefits:Besides generous FandB benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who like to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
