An advanced manufacturing business focused on high-quality metal production is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance its end-to-end production operations. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end manufacturing process from NPI through to delivery Define manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment requirements Drive process improvements across machining and metal production Resolve quality and production issues in collaboration with internal teams Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external authorities as technical lead Key Requirements: Strong background in metal machining and manufacturing processes Experience managing technical projects or NPI workstreams Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and production Confident engaging with customers and external stakeholders Practical knowledge of continuous improvement or lean principles
