Our client specialises in key construction projects including new build and refurbishments of hotel and leisure, commercial, industrial, health and education. As Facades Site Manger you will have experience working on a range of commercial contracts (ideally student accommodation, high rise residential properties, hotels etc.). You should also have solid experience working in the construction industry especially on RC Frame developments. To be successful in the role the ideal Site Manager will have previous experience Unitise Facades, Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, steel frame systems, aluminium doors and windows, and Louvre Systems. As Facades Site Manager you will be required to start ASAP on a long-term contract 12- 24 months work for the right candidate and can become permanent for the right candidate Our client has a number of projects starting in Scotland which will include this multi-story RC frame, 432 multi-bedroom student accommodation with a delivery date of July 2026 Previous experience: 3 years minimum as Facades Manager Experience on commercial and RC frame projects ideally hotels and student accommodation.
